About the Role
We are seeking a versatile Full Stack Developer who loves building complete features from database schema design to responsive client UI. You will ship features quickly while ensuring clean architecture and maintainability.
At ITStartup, you will work with modern architectures, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows. We believe in continuous feedback, pragmatic code design, and maintaining high performance benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop full-stack web applications using Next.js App Router, Server Actions, and Node.js
- Design database models using Prisma / Drizzle with PostgreSQL
- Implement secure authentication with NextAuth / Supabase / Clerk
- Build responsive, modern UI components with Tailwind CSS
- Participate in daily standups and sprint planning sessions
What We Look For (Requirements)
- 2+ years of full-stack JavaScript / TypeScript development experience
- Hands-on experience with Next.js (App Router), React, and Node.js
- Good knowledge of SQL, ORMs (Prisma / Drizzle), and relational database concepts
- Understanding of RESTful API design, state management, and async patterns
- Familiarity with version control using Git and GitHub
Nice to Have (Bonus Points)
- Experience with Supabase, Firebase, or Serverless edge functions
- Familiarity with Tailwind v4 and modern CSS tooling
- Prior experience in an agile agency or product startup setting
